The Melting Pot of Jordanian Food… Quite Literally - To celebrate cultural and culinary diversity in Jordan, Eat Holding opened Deeritna Restaurant at Abdali Mall in the Summer of 2017. 

Our bustling and open plan kitchen give guests a behind the scenes preview into the making of some of the country’s bespoke artisanal dishes.  

From showcasing the labor and time-intensive process that goes into the making of Jameed, to the intricacy and devotion involved in the preparation of the mouthwateringly delicious Waraq Dawali, to the art of perfecting the Kubbeh, Deeritna Restaurant gives visitors and tourists a preview into the heritage and evolution of the Jordanian cuisine. 

The creative energy and versatility of the restaurant allow our guests to taste our rich authentic dishes, in a relaxed, unassuming atmosphere. Visitors can further shop for fresh and frozen ingredients and specialty items from our marketplace section.
